A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a recent revelation of a rare leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was confirmed in a social media post by the Kennedy Presidential Library.

“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”

Within a published essay late last year, it was shared that she had been suffering from AML, a form of leukemia with a rare mutation.

This form of cancer is a cancer that targets the blood and bone marrow.
